Import Category

In Pro 9, a number of standard imports are available. In addition to the standard imports, there are several possibilities for customized imports.

The categories for the standard imports are:

Mobile file import	The mobile file import imports mobile telephony call and service costs. The mobile file import is different for every mobile operator. The mobile CDRs can be delivered in either aggregated or specified file format.
Skype import	The Skype import handles all Skype out calls and costs generated on each Skype ID.
Service import	The service imports are used for booking services on either objects or organization groups.
Attribute import	The attribute import sets attribute values for given objects, nodes or organization groups. When importing object attributes, you get the option to create any object not already present in Pro 9. This means the object attribute import can be used for creating objects.
Price list import	The price list import is usually used in combination with the price list export. The price list is first exported and then edited in e.g. Microsoft Excel. When the changes are done, the price list is imported back to Pro 9.
Organization import	The organization import builds up an organization structure in Pro 9, including the creation of persons and objects.
