Attribute report

The attribute report gives you the possibility to view all attributes connected to an object, person or organization group.

Your selection is made from main search or search in attribute.

1. In the search results, check the box for each item you want to perform the action on

   • If only one hit in main search you can use action drop directly

2. Click the icon to open the action menu in the toolbar above the table, and select your action Attributes -> Show report

Selection

1. Select object type
   • Selectable if you have selected more the one type of object
2. Check the box for each attribute you want to show in the report in select attributes
3. Select how to show the report in select report to show
   • Show the attributes in the columns
   • Show the attributes in the rows
4. Click show

Result

The table for the selection show the attributes in the columns shows:

Column	Content
Object, person or organization name	Shows the name of the object, person or organization group
Object, person or organization info	Shows the info from the object, person or organization group
Attribute group	Shows the attribute group name
Row
Attribute name	Shows the attribute name
Attribute value	Shows the attribute value

The table for the selection show the attributes in the rows shows:
