E-mail Templates
E-mail templates is used to set up predefined templates to be used in various places in Pro 9 where an e-mail is sent, e.g. on the e-mail users view or for inviting new ProOpinion users.
You are able to create and order the templates in different categories and languages.
Note: If module ProOpinion is installed use the ProOpinion category to changing the default e-mail template for creating a new ProOpinion user, marked as a system template.
How to - Show E-mail Templates
- Click on the role Application Maintenance in the navigation menu
- Select Push email settings > E-mail templates
- The view e-mail templates is displayed
How to - Add a new E-mail Template
- Click add
- Enter a name for the e-mail template
- Select a category from the dropdown list
- If module ProOpinion is installed use the ProOpinion category to changing the default e-mail template for creating a new ProOpinion user, marked as a system template
- Select a language from the dropdown list
- Set what language the e-mail template is written in so that it's simple to filter for e-mail templates with a specific language
- Enter a text to your e-mail template
- Drag in the right bottom corner of the field to change size horizontally and/or vertically
- Click save
How to - Send a Template as a Test E-mail
- Check the box for the template you want to send as a test e-mail
- Click the icon
to open the action menu in the toolbar above the table, and select send a test e-mail
How to - Edit an E-mail Template
- Click edit
next to the template you want to change
- Edit or fill in the fields you like to change
- Click save

- Check the box for the template/category you want to remove
- Select delete in the action menu
to the left in the toolbar
