Automatic Exports

Exports that are done regularly each month can be scheduled to be handled automatically. In the Automatic exports view, you make the settings for the scheduled exports.

How to - Schedule an Export

To be able to schedule an export you have to perform the following actions:

  1. Open the specific export you want to schedule
  2. Click Schedule this export in the Links menu Icon Links.png
  3. Enter a name for the scheduling of the export
  4. Enter a file name to name the file
  5. Define that the export should be scheduled by ensuring that the schedule box is checked
  6. Define according to which time zone the scheduling should be handled
  7. Define the day of the month the export should run in the monthly field
  8. Define what time of the day the export should run in the start at field
  9. Select if the export file should be sent out via email when the export is done by checking send export data
  10. Enter what email addresses to send the export file to in the to field
    • If the export file is to be sent to more than one email address, enter them separated by semicolons
  11. Select a main group
  12. Define an interval:
    1. Enter a start period
    2. Enter an end period
  13. Select an export format (excel, tab, comma, semi colon or pipe)
  14. Click add at the top to save the scheduling of the export

Note: It is possible to run the same export simultaneous and export more the one file at the time

How to - Edit an Existing Scheduled Export

At the bottom of the exports view, the option automatic exports is shown

  1. If needed, click expand Icon Expand.png next to automatic exports to show this section
    • A list of the existing scheduled exports is shown
  2. Select what scheduled exports you want to see the settings for and click settings for export Icon Edit.png
    • The settings are shown
  3. Edit the fields that need editing and then click save settings

How to - Remove an Existing Scheduled Export

At the bottom of the exports view, the option automatic exports is shown

  1. If needed, click expand Icon Expand.png next to automatic exports to show this section
    • A list of the existing scheduled exports is shown
  2. Select what scheduled exports you want to remove and click settings for export Icon Edit.png
    • The settings are shown
  3. Click delete
    • The automatic export is immediately deleted
