Services Contracts
Service contracts is a function for managing different vendor contracts. The different services used in Pro 9 can be connected to a specific service contract. A specific contract user can add information such as persons responsible, contract name and number, info, start date, end date etc. When a service contract is about to expire an email notification will be sent out to alarm receivers monitoring the alarm category other errors. The first one three months left on the contract and then two, one and the last on day of the contract. Read more about alarm monitoring.
The graph shows the number of service and how much the total service cost is per period (e.g. month) for connected services to that specific contract.
How to - Show Service Contracts
- Click on the role Invoicing in the navigation menu
- Click on Services > Manage service contracts
- A table with service contracts is shown to the right
- Use the toolbar to search or to filter the list
How to - Add a new Service Contract
- Click the icon
to open the action menu in the toolbar above the table, and select new
- Enter a service contract vendor
- Enter a service contract agreement number
- Check the active box if the service contract is active
- Select an interval:
- Select a start date
- Select an end date or uncheck the box if the contract don´t have an end date
- If you prefer to select dates in a calendar view instead of typing, click on the calendar button next to the date field
- Enter our reference to the service contract
- Enter your reference to the service contract
- Enter a service contract info
- Click save
How to - Edit a Service Contract
- Click on the name of the service contract you want to edit
- The manage service contract view is displayed
- Edit or fill in the fields
- Click save
