Consumption Group

Persons registered in Pro 9 can be assigned to different consumptions groups, e.g. Sales, Service desk, R&D etc. This is done manually per person in Pro 9, or can be done by an AD/HR integration or directly in the database by an technical consultant from Enghouse.

Limits can be set up per consumption group for the lowest or highest consumption, and this can be set for different object types and per period or per call.

Persons who fall below the lowest consumption or exceed the highest consumption can then easily be found with the Follow up on consumption group report. This is a way to e.g. find persons who have phones that they don't use and to find persons who are misusing their equipment.
