The User Role
With the User role, all employees can access reports related to them as individuals by clicking Reports at the top of the sidebar. These reports show all costs and objects/devices connected to the logged in person. This requires a connection between the system user and a specific person having an extension, a mobile phone and/or other devices that may generate costs.
Note: Normally the system is set up to push out monthly individual reports via email instead of the users having to log in and pull the report.
If the function for managing private costs is installed, this is also where each user will declare and attest their calls as private or not.
