Attest Calls
In the Attest calls view, you manage your calls (i.e. the logged in user's calls) for each period and define which calls are private calls and which calls are business calls.
The calls can be set to business calls or private calls by default, based on the registered telephone numbers and the rules set up in the manage private costs view.
Note: The attest calls functionality is part of the My private costs license.
How to - Show Attest Calls
- Click the role User
- Click Attest calls
- A list of periods is shown
How to - Attest Calls
The calls for each period should be attested. If there is a check in the attested column, the period is attested and cannot be edited. You can still open the period to take a closer look at the calls, but no changes can be saved.
- Click edit
on the period you want to attest
- All your calls for the selected period are shown (in several pages if there are many calls)
- If you have previously registered any phone numbers in My phone numbers, calls to these numbers will be pre-marked according to if they are in the private list or the business list and if you have added a description for that number it will be shown
- Select an object in the select object menu, or select to show calls on all objects
- For each call, check if it is a private call, and in that case, check the private box
- You can sort the table on any column, e.g. number, to make it easier to find the private calls
- If there are phone numbers that are frequently used, you can add them to My phone numbers:
- When you have marked all private calls, save your changes:
- If you want to save the changes but be able to open the period again to make changes, select save in the menu and click save
- If you want to save the changes and attest the period, select save and attest in the menu and click save
- Note: If you select save and attest you will not be able to open the period again to make changes
