My Phone Numbers

In the My phone numbers view, you can register phone numbers that you call frequently and define if they are private calls or business calls. This will facilitate the attesting of calls, since all registered phone numbers will be predefined as business respective private calls.

If in conflict, the registered private phone numbers have a higher priority than the general rules set up in the manage private costs view.

Note: The My phone numbers functionality is part of the My private costs license.

How to - Show My Phone Numbers

1. Click the role User in the navigation tree
2. Select My private costs > My telephone numbers

How to - Add Private Calls

1. Click add in the Add private calls section

   • A new row is added

2. Enter the phone number you want to add in the number field
3. Add a description to define who the number belongs to
4. Click save

   • Calls to the registered number will in the future be predefined as private calls

How to - Add Business Calls

1. Click add in the Add business calls section

   • A new row is added

2. Enter the phone number you want to add in the number field
3. Add a description to define who the number belongs to
4. Click save

   • Calls to the registered number will in the future be predefined as business calls

How to - Delete Phone Numbers

1. Check the box for each phone number you want to delete
2. Click the icon to open the action menu in the toolbar above the table, and select delete

   • The phone number is immediately deleted
