Feedback Interface

The feedback interface is an easy way of sending user feedback about current interface. Add your feedback, attach uploaded screenshot, which you may edit (highlight/mask/add text).

This message will be received by the product management at Enghouse.

Note: This function is for feedback about new functionality not incident handling, please contact Servicedesk if you experience problem with the application.

How to - Give feedback

1. Click the icon
   • A screenshot of your view is made
2. Describe your feedback clearly in the text box
3. Click highlight or hide info to highlight, hide and make comments in the screenshot to illustrate your feedback
4. Uncheck the box include screenshot if you don't want to include the screenshot
5. Click send feedback to send your feedback
   • Your feedback is sent to and evaluated by product management at Enghouse
