Change Price List on Calls

The change price list on calls function is used to retroactively change price list for calls that by mistake have been connected to the wrong price list. It must be run on open periods, so if the periods are closed they need to be reopened before you can change the price list. You must also first correct the traffic case and/or the association of the price list, before you run the change price list on calls functionality.

If you have made a mistake in changing the price list, the latest change can always be deleted.

Note: The change price list function does not change any prices. To set the prices according to the price list you have changed to, use the repricing function.

How to - Show the Change Price List on Calls View

1. Click on the role Invoicing in the navigation tree
2. Click on Price lists > Associate price list
3. Click change price list on calls in the Links menu

How to - Change Price List on Calls

1. Ensure that the period you want to change price lists for is open, otherwise reopen it in the Period view
2. Update the traffic cases needed to be able to associate the correct price list to the calls from now on
3. Go back to the Change price list on calls view
4. Define for what period you want to change price list
5. Click fetch data

   • The function will show all nodes that have costs on the selected period

6. Check the add box for the nodes you want to change price list on
7. Select what price list you want to change to in the dropdown menu
8. Select if you want to change the price list for all or selected traffic cases
9. Check the add box for the nodes to change price list on
10. Click the add button

    • The Saved changes section opens

11. Click start the job that makes the changes

    • When the job is done, the information is added in the Made changes section

1. Click the Made changes section to show a list of previously made changes
