Uncategorized Calls
The Uncategorized calls view shows all uncategorized calls for the selected interval, i.e. the calls that could not be matched with an available log case.
In this view, you can also select to create new log cases and then run the job to categorize the calls, to see that all calls are handled.
How to - Show Uncategorized Calls
- Click on the role Invoicing or the role Traffic Monitoring in the navigation menu
- Click Dial plan > Manage log cases
- Click on Uncategorized calls in the Links menu
How to - Load Uncategorized Calls
- Select node in the dropdown menu
- Select the interval for which you want to check if there are any uncategorized calls:
- Select a start date
- Select an end date
- Select how many hits there must be of a number/code/trunk ID etc. for it to be shown in the table by entering it in the least number of hits to show field
- Click get data
- If there are any uncategorized calls within the selected period, they will be shown in a table below
How to - Handle Uncategorized Calls
- To add the number/code/trunk ID as a new log case:
- Click add
in the add log case column
- Read more about how to add log cases
- When you have created the new log case, click start the job that categorizes the calls
- The calls will now be categorized according to the new log case
- Click add
- To delete uncategorized calls
