Log Cases

In the Log cases view you define one or more prefixes to use for each different traffic type in Pro 9. These log cases and the connection to traffic types together build the foundation for a price list, where each traffic type is a row in the price list. For reporting purposes, you also have the functionality to declare if the traffic type is telephony calls, SMS, MMS or data traffic. All traffic types are grouped into traffic categories.

You will achieve the best results if you consult Enghouse when defining log cases.
