Import Price List

The Import price list function allows you to quickly update pricing information by uploading a file containing all relevant data. You can also use import templates to connect specific traffic types during the import.

Note: In order to import data for a price list, it must first have been defined in Pro 9.

How to - Open the Import Price List Function

1. Click on the role Invoicing or the role Traffic Monitoring in the navigation tree
2. Click on Price lists > Import price list

How to - Import a Price List

1. Make sure that the import file is available on your computer or in a shared folder on the network

   • The file should be a semicolon separated text file or an Excel file
   • Below Import price list, the File definition frame is shown and the contents of this frame varies with the selected price list

2. Select a price list in the menu
3. Make sure that the import file matches the definition
4. Select a country in the menu
5. Select an import template if you have particular connections you want to include in the import
6. Find the import file with choose file
7. Click on import
