Reprice

The repricing function is used to update the costs for the logged call and traffic data during the selected period, according to the prices in the price list and/or adjust the prices with a given percentage. You may apply changes to a single row in the price list or overall changes.

Note: The earliest date you may apply price changes to is ruled by the periods in the system. You may only apply changes to open, not yet aggregated periods. You do however have the possibility to re-open an aggregated period, but be aware that it will affect all reports showing call charges. This is not recommended if the costs for that period have already been invoiced.

How to - Show the Reprice View

1. Click on the role Invoicing in the navigation tree
2. Click on Price lists > Manage price lists in the navigation tree

   • A list of price lists is presented

3. Click edit for the price list you want to reprice
4. Click reprice in the Links menu

   • The Reprice view is shown

How to - Add Traffic Types to Reprice

Only traffic types that are listed in the Selected traffic types with percentage section will be repriced. To add traffic types, follow the instruction below.

1. Click expand to open the Add traffic types section
2. Select a traffic category in the dropdown menu

   • The traffic types in the selected traffic category are shown in a table
   • If the traffic category contains many traffic types, a number of pages is shown as numerals above the table (e.g.: 1 2 3 4...). Click a number to go to the corresponding page.

3. Check the corresponding boxes for the traffic types you want to add
4. Click add below the table

   • The selected traffic types are added to the Selected traffic types with percentage section

How to - Delete Traffic Types

1. To delete traffic types from the list of selected traffic types, click delete for the traffic type you want to delete

   - or - click delete all above the table to remove all traffic types from the list

How to - Reprice

1. Select a period that you want to reprice for the selected price list:
   1. Select a from date by using the calendar view
   2. Select a to date by using the calendar view

      • The period to reprice must be an open period

2. Check the reprice only with specified percentage box if you want to only update the prices with the set percentage
3. Click save
4. If you want to set the same percentage value to adjust all costs with:
   1. Define the percentage in the use this percentage on all selected traffic types field
   2. Click update all next to the field

      • The given percentage value is set for all selected traffic types

5. If you want to adjust the prices for specific traffic types with a percentage:
   1. Click edit next to the traffic type you want to edit
   2. Define the percentage
   3. Click save on the row

      • Repeat to set the percentage for more traffic types

6. Click start reprice

   • The selected traffic types are repriced according to the price list and/or the set percentages

How to - Show Reprice History and Delete Repricing

1. Click show reprices in the Links menu

   • The Reprice history view is shown, with the most recent repricing at the top of the list
   • Information on when the repricing was done is presented with information on what period that was repriced

2. To delete a repricing that has previously been made, click delete in that row
