Trunk Codes

The trunk codes function is used to specify the trunk codes used by PBXs at various nodes. Afterwards, this information is used in Pro 9 for data logging and filtering.

How to - View Trunk Codes

1. Click on the role Traffic Monitoring in the navigation tree
2. Click on Custom filters > Trunk codes

   • A list of trunk codes for the selected node is displayed

How to - Add a Trunk Code

1. Select a node in the menu
2. Click the add button
3. Enter the trunk code
4. Enter a description, if needed
5. Click save

How to - Edit a Trunk Code

1. Select a node in the menu

   • The table shows the trunk codes entered for that node

2. Click edit button
3. Change the required fields
4. Click save

   • The information is saved. The number of changed rows is displayed at the top (e.g. “2 row(s) updated”).

How to - Delete Trunk Codes

1. Select a node in the menu

   • The table shows the trunk codes entered for that node

2. Check the box for each trunk code you want to delete
3. Click the icon to open the action menu in the toolbar above the table, and select delete
