Polls

Polls is a polling and survey tool that can be used to measure the views and opinions of staff. Surveying enables you to gather informed views held by your staff. It is possible to design a survey form with one or more questions, distribute it via ProOpinion and centralize the information gathering as users complete the survey.

How to - Show ProManager Polls

1. Click the role Manager
2. Click ProManager > Polls

   • An overview of your open polls in ProOpinion is shown

How to - Create a Poll

1. Click create poll
2. Enter a title
3. Enter a question
4. Enter options

   • When you start writing more options are shown. Enter as many options as the question need

5. Select question type

   • Single - Select if you want to create a single choice question
   • Multiple - Select if you want to create a multiple choice question

6. Select how you want to show results

   • After voting - Select if you want to show result after the person have answered
   • After closing - Select if you want to show result after the poll is closed
   • Never - Select if you never want to show the result

7. Select when the poll expires, after 7 days, 30 days, this month, never or select an custom expire date
8. Select a target

   • Person - Select if you want to show to all persons you are managing
   • Main group - Select if you want to show to all persons connected to a specific main group

   • Select main group:

   • Select main groups in the left column and click the arrow button to move the selected groups to the right column
   • By using the double arrow button , you can move all groups from the left column to the right column

   • Billing group - Select if you want to show to all persons connected to a billing group

   • Select billing groups:

   • Select billing groups in the left column and click the arrow button to move the selected groups to the right column
   • By using the double arrow button , you can move all groups from the left column to the right column

9. Check the show not voted box if you want to show not voted in the survey
10. Check the pinned box if you want to pin the poll

    • The poll will show up in the pinned section in ProOpinion

11. Click create poll

How to - Handle Open Polls

1. Open the open polls tab
2. Click expand to get an overview of the poll

   • Click back to go back to the open polls overview
   • Click close poll to close the poll

   • The poll will be closed and no more answers can be made

How to - Handle Closed Polls

1. Open the closed polls tab

   • An overview of all your closed polls opens

2. Click on the poll name to open the overview of the poll

   • Click back to go back to the open polls overview

How to - Remove Polls

1. Open the closed polls tab
2. Check the box for the polls you want to remove
3. Click the icon to open the action menu in the toolbar above the table, and select delete
