The Operator Administrator Role
The Operator Administrator role is similar to the Operator role, but has a couple of added administrative functions. The role is mainly intended for switch board managers or similar functions.
This role has the administration function for creation of measure groups used in all the reports. For example you may create separate groups for individual attendant so that each attendant may view reports on their own performance. Then you may combine and create any type of group that you want to be able to pull reports on separately. All groups created are subject to user permission handling.
