The Organization Management Role

The Organization Management role is a vital role in the system, with functions for managing objects, organization groups and structures as well as persons. This is where you make some of the system configuration, e.g. regarding the number of organization levels to be used, which is usually done directly after installation.

A commonly used function is to have Pro 9 integrated to the AD/HR system. In this case, all updates regarding changes to users and the organization structure is handled automatically. There is also a function for reviewing all changes applied automatically via an integration.
