Report - Persons Who Need to Attest

The Persons who need to attest report shows a list of all persons that have calls to attest. This report function can be used to send an initial message to all users when they can start to attest the calls for a specific period. It can also be used to, at a later time, send a reminder email to any user who have not yet attested his or her calls.

Selection

1. Select a period

   • The persons that need to attest the selected period will be shown in a list

Result

The following information is displayed in the report:

Heading	Content
Person	The name of the person who have not attested the period
Email	The email address to the person
Private call costs	The private call costs according to the current settings
Business call costs	The business call costs according to the current settings
Send email	A checkbox defining if this person should get an email reminder, when using the reminder function

How to - Send Email Reminder

A reminder email can be sent to the persons that have not attested the period.

1. Uncheck the box in the email users column for any persons you don't want to send a reminder to
2. Edit the subject and/or message to be sent
3. Click the send button

   • A reminder email is sent to all checked persons in the list
