Download Call Data

With download call data you can update the log of calls for a particular object without having to wait for data to be aggregated.


How to - Start Download of Call Data

  1. Click on the role Security Director in the navigation tree
  2. Click Instant update > Download call data in the navigation tree
    • A table showing log objects and when they were last updated is displayed in the window to the right.


How to - Update log

  1. Select main node to review
  2. Select log object to review
  3. Click Start
    • Note: The update may take some time for large data volumes.
