Manage Web Parts

The web parts shown on the web parts page, often used as start page, give easy access to important information. The user can design his/her own web parts page and select which web parts to display. The web parts can e.g. be favorite reports, alarms and surveillance, graphs and tables regarding the cost trend etc. Each web part is placed in one of the two zones (left or right).

There are a number of predefined web parts. What web parts are shown is defined by what permissions the user has in Pro 9. The user can minimize or hide the web parts if he/she doesn't want to see them.

Web Part Descriptions

Below you'll find a presentation of all available web parts.

Note: The data presented in the web parts is controlled by the logged in user's permissions. E.g. if one user has permissions on the whole main group and another user only has permissions on one organization group, the first user's billing verification will be based on data for the whole main group and the second user's billing verification will be based on data for the organization group he/she has permissions to view.
