AD/HR Integration

Data regarding the organization structure can be imported from external registers, such as Active Directory, automatically each night. Updates from external registers may contain: extension number, extension name, cost center code, cost center name, as well as other levels in your organization. These integrations are made from e.g. AD or HR systems.

AD stands for Active Directory. HR stands for Human Relations.


The AD/HR integration can manage auto creation, updates and deletes of bags based on a person manager connection. Please contact Servicedesk for more information.
