Since all costs in Pro 9 are not related to call or data traffic, services can be defined to handle the other types of costs. It can for example be the cost of the telephone that is used for an extension, a monthly flat rate fee for a mobile phone, the cost of the installation of a new phone or the cost for renting a PC. These costs are then specified as services and invoiced together with the running traffic costs.
Whether the service is billed as a one time cost or a subscription is defined by the service type.
Services are often added by using imports.
